You’ve been carrying anxiety, trauma, or constant overwhelm for far too long—and it doesn’t have to stay that way. With evidence-based therapy tools and compassionate support, you’ll finally be able to release what’s been holding you back. Together, we’ll uncover the root of your struggles so you can move from just surviving to truly thriving.
I believe true healing requires more than just talking about your struggles. That's why in addition to talk therapy, I offer body-based practices like EMDR and somatic techniques that go deeper—helping you process trauma, calm your nervous system, and create lasting change.
My work is guided by empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique journey. What sets my approach apart is the integration of relational support with evidence-based tools that address both mind and body, so you can finally move from simply coping to fully thriving.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
In this complimentary call, we’ll explore your goals, discuss what’s been holding you back, and see how therapy can support you. It’s a chance to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and decide if working together feels like the right fit.
In these one-on-one sessions, we’ll focus on your goals, challenges, and patterns. You’ll gain tools, support, and clarity to create lasting change, strengthen your mindset, and move forward with confidence, purpose, resilience, and greater emotional well-being.
EMDR intensives offer the options of extended sessions or an accelerated schedule designed to help you process trauma, reduce distress, and create lasting emotional shifts in a focused, supportive space. This powerful approach allows for deeper, more concentrated work in a shorter timeframe, helping you move forward with clarity, resilience, healing, and renewed personal strength.
I am a private-pay practice. I do not accept insurance, but will gladly provide you with a superbill, which many insurance companies allow you to submit for reimbursement.
Somatic Therapy addresses healing through body-based practices including awareness, breath, and gentle movement. Because trauma can be stored in the body and accompanied by physical symptoms, a body-based approach can be essential to deep healing. Somatic therapy blends well with traditional talk therapy to enhance the mind-body connection and recovery.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful method that utilizes rhythmic alternating bilateral stimulation (eye movements, physical taps, or sounds) to resolve stuck memories or beliefs, sometimes previously unconscious, to help you feel less activated or triggered and more present and safe. EMDR can be paired with traditional talk therapy for deep healing.
The Flash Technique is a minimally intrusive treatment option that allows processing of traumatic memories to reduce associated disturbance without feeling distress. It is sometimes used as an adjunct to EMDR.
I have enjoyed being a leader and clinician for nearly 20 years, working in many different settings across the US.
In addition to my professional qualifications, I have experience navigating my own mental wellness journey with personal and inherited trauma. I know what it’s like to feel alone and overwhelmed, how hard it can be to find the right help and ask for it, and what it’s like to get better- to feel supported, resilient, and hopeful.
I understand from firsthand experience the pressures of being a high-achiever and working in stressful environments while deeply craving balance and joy. As someone who has been to therapy myself, I know how valuable and life-changing it can be.
Outside of sessions I love slow mornings, laughing, being in nature, and spending time with my family, including my precious dogs Gracie and Ella.
